By going on every form of social media you clearly have malicious intent. The facts are we provided a complimentary property consultation when you had questions. Your service program totaled $600 which is $400 below the threshold of $1,000 that would make you eligible for our discount program, but since you've been a customer since 2017 we accommodated your request and gave you a discount. After receiving three of your four tick & mosquito services you did not voice concern or issue with any of our previous services, as we will redo services that a customer is unhappy with. Your May service was performed on 5/18. Your July service was performed on 8/5, for which I apologized when we spoke in November. No attempt was made to provide an explanation as I did not wish to have a contentious situation which I sensed it could easily escalate into. Your August service was performed on 8/31, which is the appropriate time frame for treating mosquitoes. We were also hoping you would find the treatment beneficial with the upcoming Labor Day weekend. To clarify, preventative treatment for ticks and mosquitoes is performed in essentially the same manner, so there is no ** add-on**. It is important to understand that weather has a direct impact on our business, and we have 9 recorded rain days in October which does not include cleanup days from storms. We called to schedule your Fall service for 11/4 for which you declined. When we spoke, I offered, and you declined credit for future services. To avoid an unpleasant conversation again, I agreed to issue a refund after which you called our office every day and some days multiple times. On the day we were installing a new phone system you called at least 12 times, I did however respond immediately to your voice message that was captured by email. Yet you accused me of avoiding your call. We said you would receive a refund and you will, but your aggressive, baseless accusatory remarks both personal and business-related have made this an unnecessary and distasteful situation. Further, I will not allow our employees, company reputation, and myself to be disrespected and bullied. We appreciate and respect every customer; many we have been servicing for 15 to 20 years. Because you have anointed yourself the judge and jury of the truth police, I am certain you will still have plenty to say. That alone speaks more about your character than mine. I will not be responding further."
