The cement work was good. He didn't give the paint two coats. He also painted something I didn't want painted. He was supposed to come back and burn it off, but he never did. He replaced some posts in the front of my house and both of them have split. He did not do it correctly either.

Overall his work was pretty good. The post that he replaced split a bit on the four corners. He replaced some wood on the outside of my dining room window but he didn't match the thickness to the other window.
