We hired IPMC to do mold remediation for you and they couldn't have been more professional. The price was reasonable and if you get a chance to work with Omar you'll see why I recommend this company. They're professional, reasonably priced, they worked with our budget, they were punctual, and more importantly they give us a ton of information regarding out situation. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
