Communications was excellent from their home office and mold inspector. They were prompt, honest and made sure I understood the extent of the problem, with photos and easy to understand explanations. The bills ere updated as needed and they gave discounts were applicable. Straight forward, honest, not pushy, and very patient with me! Trust them for your recovery work!

IPMC was a pleasure to work with. They scheduled estimate same day as they spoke to me and sent mold removal proposal within 24hrs. Omar, explained the whole process, as well as identified cause and advised on preventive measures going forward. Brooke worked directly with our assessor and insurance and adjuster over the course of several months, keeping me updated throughout and making sure we got everything covered in the claim. They were very transparent on their scope and broke down their pricing, which my other original bids did not. I would recommend them to anyone with water damage and mold issues. When we were not sure if the claim would be covered, they were willing to work with us on the cost- though thankfully they wound up getting it covered for us! They answered all questions and really helped explain possibilities up front and gave us idea on price if mold was found under floors and behind our walls, not just the mold that was seen during assessment and estimate. They stayed in touch over the course of months during this process, when others told us it would not be covered and did not want to do the extra leg work. They even came back out for emergency service when we had flooding recently ( and they helped our neighbor too doing extraction and drying!) We cant say enough good things about their work and their customer service. If you need any mold remediation or water damage work, IPMC should be your first call!

The scope, the cost and the actual job completed were completely in line with the initial estimate and the assessor's report (completed prior to the task). Everyone was very professional and we were kept informed of the progress made each step. Compared to the other 2 companies' estimates, IMPC was much more economical and more comprehensive. Omar, as the project supervisor ,is very professional.

I want to call out two people from IPMC whose behaviors drove my ratings -- Brooke & Omar. They communicated well and listened very well. When there were minor speed bumps with the work, they let me know and answered each of my questions. Omar supervised the work in a careful manner, and interacted with the tenants who resided in the apartments in a professional and courteous way. I would hire them again if I were to have additional needs for their services.

My experience with IMMEDIATE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT was very positive. I hired them to remediate mold in my basement. The cost, I think, was very fair. Actually it was less than I thought it would be.They followed up without being intrusive. Scheduling was very easy. Thought I would have to wait weeks for an appointment but I was scheduled within days. They were on time. Did exactly what they said they would do. Was knowledgeable & the staff was very pleasant & professional. They left nothing undone. They even cleaned the storage bins that were in the basement. I'm happy with the work they did. I would definitely hire them again. And I would recommend them to anyone.

The morning after a major basement flood, Omar and his crew showed up with great attitudes, ready to get the job done. Omar explained the process to me before getting started, and once they started they moved quickly, being careful to rearrange each valuable while they cleaned up the water and grime and moved their equipment in for drying and dehumidifying. The work was swift, and all of the servicemen and women were accommodating, kind, and transparent, and they were thorough with their work. Gabe was a dedicated worker, and Robert and his wife were always pleasant and clear about the work they were doing. Once the initial cleanup had been completed, Brooke was clear in communicating when the job would be fully completed and the equipment would be removed. I'm very pleased with the job that RIPM did, and would highly recommend them to others who experience flooding in their homes.
