Always takes great care of me and my family. My son's car broke down a couple of years ago, we had it towed to McLean Auto. Mike looked at the car as soon as we got there and assured my son he would do whatever he could to repair it. This was the first car my son had ever had and he purchased it himself so he had an attachment to it. Mike called the next day to let us know the amount of work needed to possibly repair the car was way more than the car would ever be worth. He explained to my son that he would be better off investing his money in a new car instead of putting it into this one. A lot of people couldn't believe that a mechanic would be that up front and not try to take advantage of the situation. These guys are like that...they treat everyone with respect and honesty. My husband who trusts no one - trusts these guys. He will also always comment about how they never rip people off.

Brakes were noisy. Inspection revealed pads and resurfacing of rotors was required.

Everything turned out great. The price wasn't bad. The guys are great. That's the only mechanic I've ever had. Their prices are correct and they are the best one to work with. They are pretty good. They do what they say they are going to do. I won't use anybody else.

They're near my house, I just went by there, and have used them ever since. They're great, they're honest, very professional, very friendly, and I can trust them.  They tell me if I have to have something expensive done and whether it is necessary or not.  I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.
