Before finishing the job he started harassing me for more money despite the fact that we had a pretty good contract. When he got ahead in my payments he stopped working and demanded more money to come and finish even though I was ahead and had given him access to the proper installments. He is the kind of guy that presents himself well in the beginning and then goes down hill.
