Very lousy work.   He just kept asking for more money.  His estimate is about $255,000.  Just a week of his, he wanted $47,000.  He said if I didn't give him the money he wouldn't finish the work.  I offered to pay him half of the $47,000.00. He refused until he got paid.  I finally gave in and gave him the $47,000 and he promised that he would show up the next week.  He never showed until after a month.  His contract said he would finish the job in 5-7 months.  Its been almost a year.  We were in a hotel for 11 months.   He still hasn't finished the work.  I told him he would not get another penny until he finished.   He told me that he has no problem to finish the job if I pay him his final bill. I told him again if you don't finish your work, you will not get paid a cent more. Till today, he has NOT completed his job, and there are also damages and things are not working and things they did not do right and need to be repaired.
