The person that came out to do the appraisal was not the owner of the company which is fine considering the amount of business this company does. But he was quick and gave me the impression that he wanted to be done as soon as possible, it was 5:30p, I'm sure he wanted to go home. However the appraiser was not on site when the job started. The two guys that came out to complete the job were fantastic. They were clean, polite, and attentive to the needs we discussed before the job was started. At the end of the job I didn't realize until my neighbor pointed out the fence was about a foot onto his property. The guys were gone but I called the company the next morning to have the fence adjusted. The young lady was apologizing and assured me they would fix the issue. I was given a date two weeks, I was good with any date as long as they were coming out to fix it. No price was discussed at this time so I just assumed it was covered from the final payment. That day 3 workers came to move one side of the fence over 8 inches. They were there for all of two hours. They left behind the used concrete from the first installation plus shards/metal clippings, the cutting sheers and pieces of the fence!!! I have a dog that is a little over a year old. He eats one of the pieces.... at 5:30 I receive a call from the same young lady about paying for the adjustment. When I asked why this wasn't discussed before she put me on speaker phone to talk with the owner. After a short exchange of conversation he became extremely belligerent and demanded payment for having his guys out there all day. When I asked what he though he should be paid he replied $650. My jaw hit the floor, he wanted almost a third more to more a fence 8"!!! I told him no and said I would never recommend his company to anyone ever. On the bright side I get a lot of compliments on the fence. Just too bad I won't tell anyone who did the work.

King fence is the place to go if you want quality material and exemplary workmanship. I believe that because it is a family owned business the customer receives personalized care. The workers are diligent, focused, efficient, and respectful of the client and client property. When they installed the fences and it was time for there lunch break. I asked them to make themselves comfortable on the patio and sit in the chairs. The workers seemed embarrassed and decided to sit on the floor and eat there lunches and it was brief. It showed me that they were very humble. Recently after a storm a door was left in disrepair. A rep from King fence arrived promptly, showed ID, and proceeded to go to work by measuring, assessing damage and seeing what needed to be done to the door; Without my asking him, he began to inspect the other fences on the property to ensure that there was no damage to the existing structure. He then assured me that the office would contact me in issuing a contract with an estimate and sure enough it arrived in a timely manner and we ordered the appropriate door with locks. It is without therefore, it is without hesitation that I would recommend king fence to any one, family and friends included. Furthermore, be assured that they have an up to date and great variety of top quality fences at different price points to suite your needs and your pocket book.

After about one month one of the gates broke. I asked them to fix it and they told me that I must have slammed the gate shut and therefore it was't under warranty. They wanted me to pay $375 for a gate that couldn't last a month. I would not recommend using them

The installers were very professional. I very much appreciated being walked through the process, and being asked about certain details. They were excellent. I'd like them back when I order the next section of fence.
If they hadn't missed an earlier appointment, and hadn't ignored my request for another appointment, King Fence may have gotten an overall rating of "A" based on this experience.

My husband & I cannot say enough great things about this company!! Frank (owner) was so helpful throughout the entire process - providing different suggestions and pricing options. His staff was clean, professional, & super efficient! The black vinyl fence looks great in our yard and has been amazing in giving us the privacy we were hoping for (dog loves it, too)!! We plan on using them for additional projects in the future & would recommend them to all!

Went Great!  From the showroom, home estimate and installation I got just what I wanted.  Definitely gives the house more curb appeal.  And now my pet has backyard freedom.  Glad I went with the wood, although some of the vinyl styles were nice, the wood looks more appealing and in keeping with the style of the house.  The installers were prompt and professional...definitely seemed like they had done it many times before.  Great Job!

Fence: good. Service: bad. 
We called in early April to have our fences replaced, hoping that the work would be done before the garden was full, since one of the fences goes through the middle of shrubs and perennials. By mid-April, I had an estimate that I thought was fair, and they said it would take a couple of weeks for installation. I put down a 50% deposit and waited. No one contacted me.
After 3 weeks I called -- the fence wasn't in yet.  I waited. I called again at the end of May. No one was able to talk to me. They told me to call back (no offer of taking a message). Finally, I called again and they said they could install on June 1 -- a month after they initially said.
I removed and protected the vines that were on the current fence, and knew that, at this time of year, there would be some damage to the plants. I wasn't able to be home for installation, but my adult sons were. I also gave them a letter with my cell phone in case there were any questions, and let them know there were people home also.  I completely forgot about a separate short section of fence that is used to support a climbing hydrangea and roses. 
In the afternoon, I got a call from someone asking for the balance of the payment. I told her I hadn't seen the fence yet, and wouldn't be giving her my credit card without seeing it. I said I'd send payment after I see the fence. She told me to call her the next day with a credit card.
The fence looked great. But the large climbing hydrangea I had forgotten to remove had been ripped from the ground. Gone! Completely. I was a little shocked that they hadn't called me or knocked on the door to say there was still a giant plant on the fence they needed to replace. I'm obviously someone who cares about her garden (BTW -- it takes 2 years or so to get a climbing hydrangea to bloom after planting). 
I took a day to decide whether to complain or ask for a replacement. I finally decided it was my fault for forgetting to remove the hydrangea before they arrived. Though communication on their part would have avoided the whole issue. So I paid the balance through my online banking; it takes a couple of days for the check to arrive from there.
Today (Friday) I got another call asking for the balance. (No one has called to ask if I'm satisfied with the fence.) I was told, "You said you'd send the check Monday (the day the fence was installed), and it hasn't arrived. I replied, "No, I didn't say I'd mail it Monday."  "Yes, you did, it says so here -- and it hasn't arrived yet." I hung up, regretting that I had given them my cell phone so they could bother me at work. They called back a couple of more times but I didn't answer. I assume they'll lose any interest in me when they get the check.
The fence is fine, but this kind of service is outrageous. I can't ever remember being hounded for payment like this. I would not use them again.

King Fence was provided the best price and service. The came in and did the work in 2 days. The workers were both knowledgeable and friendly. They took care not to damage anything and they left the jobsite spotless... The owner Frank Cipriani was a pleasure to deal with and I will use them in the spring to finish another section of fencing....

I am extremely impressed with the professionalism of King Fence. I did not negotiate the price so I cannot give a responsible evaluation. I did get another quote from a competitor and King fence was in the "ballpark". I had the feeling that these people were trustworthy and they proved to me that the decision was correct. I paid in full with a credit card weeks prior to having the fence installation. They came on time and were very punctual. Both employees were very competent and polite. Today was perhaps the hottest and most humid day of the year. The work was done and completed as expected. The land was cleaned up after completion. They also were careful not to destroy the shrubbery and trees. I can highly recommend this company. They also have a showroom with a large selection to help making comparisons.

King Fence came out and installed a new white picket fence in our front yard with a gate. They also installed a chain link fence in the back yard with two gates. They were very professional, very neat. They was very efficient completed the work in one day and did and excellent job. They was puntacual showed up on time and perfomed the work in a timely manner.

I have no complaints what so ever. I'm not easy to please but they did an outstanding job. I love the way the fences look, they are beautiful.

Outdoor showroom displayed options. Employeel who measured was competent and knowledgeable. After receiving estimate all necessary paperwork was handled via fax and telephone.  Installers were professional and pleasant.. Area was cleaned up and old fence was removed from my property. We had two other estimates which were far more expensive and did not provide the same services we ultimately received from King Fence.

They made some great suggestions. There was one particular area that I thought would be a problem because of a huge boulder in the ground, but they did a very nice job. It looks great. My neighbors keep stopping by to admire it.

They were very good. I would use them again if I need. They were very easy to deal with, were easy to talk to and gave me suggestions. I had original wanted wood and they told me about it and suggested me chain length fence which is green. My small backyard looks even bigger because you can see through it. It’s very flirty and no one can climb over it. They came when they said they would come. They stayed absolutely on target budget wise. They were very reasonable.

Workers arrived when scheduled, however they did underestimate the length of time it took to complete the job. Initial estimated 2 days, it took 3+ days. However the end result was well worth it. Workers arrived worked cleaned up and left without imposition.

Wonderful job. Very professional and quick. When I called for minor follow up, they were very prompt.

The installers made three appointments to install the fence and did not show up, did not call to say they were not coming, and did not apologize. I took off from work to accommodate them. It was only after I asked for my money back that they finally showed. The job took 15 minutes to install and they charged $400 more than the fence cost.
