Luis and his team told us the job would take 4 days they completed them in 2! That was great! The patio looks great...I would definitely recommend using him. The guys did a great job cleaning up the job site...so good that they threw out some planters that I wanted to keep but no big deal. Overall we are very pleased!

Terrible, verbally abusive and possibly mentally unbalanced. Language including racial and homophobic slurs were the response to asking about the project. Save your money and go to someone relatable

Luis Monge is a great contractor. He will do the job as many times as you would like until you are happy. He will work with you and will make sure that an accord is met where both parties are content. He remodeled an apartment from bottom up, he completed a Deck project, retaining walls and pavers pathway. All modifications are contractually agreed upon and there is no surprises. I feel that I found a contractor that I can use for everything. The guys is great. I will recommend him 100% of the time without reservations or hesitation.

The pricing was transparent, and the work was done in excellent timing. I honestly could not have asked for a better group of guys to work on my house. They demo'd my basement, and left the area spotless. They even went out of their way to remove an old cinder block wall for me with no extra charge. Thank you Luis!

Reliable and excellent work.

First off I paid 11,000 for the job I did not get stainless steel parts for my chimney, the guy pulls me to the side after the contract is sign to take more money out of my pocket like 4,000 more I told him I do not have it, I felt pressured, then he tells me of give me 2,000 he told me cause he has to break a little more on the wall when the contract says brake wall were needed, I am so upset, then they crash the car on my parking lot gate they had to break a wall on the first floor apartment to take the old chimney out to install the new one the made a Perimeter so the dust won?t go in the apartment the plastic they made so the dust won?t affect the tenets but it did because they did not seal it properly the next day my tents child was sent to the hospital cause of the dust coming out of the plastic perimeter they made 11,000 was soo much money for all that drama if I can get some of my money back I would feel better knot sure what to do I?m very upset

Mr. Monge gave me a low estimate for demolishing my in-ground pool. Turns out it required a lot more fill/soil than his estimate so we bumped up the price. He sent one man by himself to operate a kubota, nobody to spread the stones and fill w/ a shovel. Also it was not compacted so it is soft and shifting in places. The work was supposedly completed last Saturday, here it is now Wednesday and the kubota is still parked in front of my garage. He doesn t answer his phone. I usually give Good reviews, but this guy has made me regret using him.

Working with the PM is fine. He is on time and gets back to you in s timely manor. His prices are not the lowest, but are reasonable.
