The team that came in to paint was quite professional, and they did a pretty good job. The rest of the work was shoddy-they convinced me that I needed to replace all my switch plates and outlets because we had a new paint job. That wasn't really necessary, we spent a lot on the new plates, and they didn't do a good job installing the new ones-we had all kinds of problems with them afterwards. One switch didn't match ( a beige one in the middle of two white ones, on a triple plate), and many were installed incorrectly. They also, (in fairness, in the effort to be thorough), took down a track lighting system, and rewired and put it back wrong, so it kept turning off. We had to have much of the electrical work redone. As well, they never finished the job and left us with moldings missing, and some grout entrances to both bathrooms missing, and an additional regrout job that was very poor. I should not have paid them but they promised they would return to finish the job. I could live with those things if they didn't completely disappear and stop responding, and leave me with an unfinished job, which had been fully paid for. But many, many attempts to reach them went unanswered. I even called the contractor who referred them to me, and he said his calls were also being unanswered. At first they said they'd come and finish, but then never did, despite months of reaching out. While the owner seemed like a very nice man, at the end we were very disappointed.
