We made more than 25 phone calls and visited the place 4 times to try to get them to track down the order.  Every employee we encountered was careless and absolutely uninterested in helping the customer.   It is impossible to get anyone to answer or help on the phone.  This place has the worst customer service I have ever encountered, anywhere.   We finally tracked down and had it delivered after 1 month of sitting in some unknown warehouse.   It's LOWE'S  next time we need anything.   Home Depot.  You stink.

My $200 quote turned into $2600 but they would not explain the charges to me. They are charging a $260 logistic charge. The doors are being delivered to my home.

They are knowledgeable, nice, and helpful people.  The only negative I would give for this location is that occasionally, if you go in at the wrong time of day/evening you will not be able to find a person to talk to in a particular department.

..generally went well...the saleman was patient and looked up every detail that i questioned him about.. i find that it is necessary when dealing with home depot that you need to be well informed about all the possible choices you need to make: comparing quality of one manufacturer to another, hardware choices, self-closing or quiet closing doors and draws, etc. the only lack was i did not realize that the toeboard at the bottom of the cabinet is not part of the base cabinet...even though hardly anyone would order a cabinet with an unfinished baseboard.  and the salesman did not mention that when i was ordering.....that required me to place  an additional order...which was delivered promptly without extra charge...overall, once the cabinets were installed by my own contractor, i was so pleased i ordered one additional cabinet for another wall..this time i specified the toeboard....the doors and draws work smoothly, the finish and workmanship are pleasing....my contractor could not find some hardware that was needed for completing the installation...i called home depot and they shipped it to me in a few days...excellent service.....before ordering from home depot i called a kitchen cabinet firm...home depot was more than 25% cheaper...the only feature i could not get  from home depot was that the cabinets come in specific pre-determined sizes...i wanted one wall cabinet and matching base cabinet 39" wide; they only come in 36'.   however, this was easily solved with a 3" strip of matching molding and is certainly a more than satisfactory solution for a saving of  $3000 over the price of the kitchen designer's cabinets..

I don’t suggest them.  We looked at what was available, what the quality was like, and how long it would take to provide, and the contractors we got gave us much better recommendations.  All of their cabinets are provided by other companies so once you receive them Home Depot won’t stand behind them.  They are a middle man and there is no reason to get them involved.

The job went very well. They were very professional, they worked very hard, and they did a good job. They were responsive and I didn’t have any trouble getting the information that I needed.

They were excellent. I first went to their office and set up an appointment with them to come out and measure the kitchen. They measured it in May and it took them about 6 weeks to have the cabinets delivered. I then went back to them to buy the cabinets, but they helped me design the kitchen. It only cost me $100 to have the person come out and measure the kitchen. They created the design, but it didn't cost anything for me to do that. The only price that I paid them was to buy the cabinets. They did an amazing job in selling the cabinets. They didn't install the cabinets, as I had my contractor do that. They told me what I needed and sat with us for hours figuring out about various things about the project. They also met the contractor to make sure that I got everything that was needed. It was great, as I saved a lot of money doing it that way. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

The experience was so bad that we went with someone else. The whole process of the estimate was a disaster. We asked for two separate estimates. One with and one without the master bedroom carpet added to the price. That was apparently too much for them to handle. They couldn t do it. Also, the carpet that we had chosen wasn't even offered any more when we went to actually purchase it. It was a nightmare.

Home Depot needs to hire better help at this outlet. I couldn't seem to find anyone to wait on me and when I did they really didn't know what they were talking about. I'm sure other Home Depots might have better help, but this one needs to upgrade their employees. I wish we had a Lowe's to shop at.

I liked the outcome of the installation and thought that it was done very promptly. The quality of the cabinets is really good and I would use them again. The no interest, no payment plan they have is a good one.

It was a nightmare from start to finish. They had a $99 installation special so to get the ball rolling we chose any old berber carpet and paid the $35 for getting measured. A couple of weeks later after the measurements where in, we went in and we wanted to see again which carpet we had chosen and they had thrown our the sample because the sale had ended so we had no idea what we chose. Also, getting them to give us two quotes (one for just the stairs and hallway and one for that plus the bedroom) was like asking them the meaning of life. They just crooked there head and said huh? It was too much for them to handle. The final straw was when the person handling our order started wondering the measurements taken where even right. If you want it done right, stay from Home Depot, especially Yonkers. Only go there if you are on a very tight budget and are in no hurry to get your carpet installed. We are going to CarpetWorld and paying $500 more but it will be worth it.

Fairly well, although we had to insist on working with the most experienced person, and had to be very proactive.

THE PRICE WAS GOOD AND THERE WAS NOT A LOT OF EFFORT WASTED. THE JOB WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THAT'S WHAT WE WANTED. I WASN'T HOME WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE, BUT I WAS HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL WORK.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY HAD A SELECTION OF PRODUCTS AND DID THE INSTALLATION FROM BEGINNING TO END. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THE PRODUCT THERE AND PROVIDED SOMEONE TO INSTALL IT.

THEY CAME TO MEASURE WHEN THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD. THEY CAME AND INSTALLED IT. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE INSTALLATION. THE PEOPLE WERE NICE. THEY CAME A LITTLE LATE, AND THEY WERE HERE UNTIL AFTER 5:30PM.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. I USUALLY GO TO HOME DEPOT FOR A BIG SELECTION. THE PRICES ARE PRETTY GOOD. HOME DEPOT CONTRACTS IT OUT TO SOMEONE ELSE. THE TWO GUYS THAT CAME THAT DAY WERE PLEASANT AND DID A GOOD JOB.

IN THE BEGINNING WE THOUGHT THEY WERE EXCELLENT. WE HAD A PROBLEM THAT ONE OF THE WINDOWS BROKE ON THE GARAGE DOOR. WE CALLED, AND IT TOOK THEM A WHILE TO COME OUT. WHEN THEY DID COME OUT TO FIX IT, THE GLASS BROKE AGAIN. WE WAITED ALL DAY FOR THEM. THEY GAVE US BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10-12. WE WAITED UNTIL 12 FOR THEM. WE ALSO HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE EYE. IT WAS NOT SENSING STUFF IN THE WAY IT SHOULD AND THE DOOR WOULD NOT GO BACK UP.

I DIDN'T THINK AT THE STORE THAT THEY WERE IMMEDIATELY VERY HELPFUL. NO ONE APPROACHED ME AND ASKED ME IF I NEEDED ANYTHING. I HAD TO APPROACH THEM TO ASK FOR HELP. THE INSTALLATION PART WAS OKAY, BUT AGAIN IT WAS NO WHERE NEAR EXCELLENT.

I WISH THERE WAS ANOTHER PLACE TO SHOP. THERE WERE UNKEPT DELIVERY DATES, THEY MISSED THEIR DAY TWICE. THEY DID NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. IT WAS POOR MANAGEMENT AND UNQUALIFIED SALESPEOPLE.

THE PEOPLE THAT WERE DOING THE WORK VARIED. IT DEPENDED ON WHO THEY SENT. SOME THEY SENT OUT RECOGNIZED AND FIXED IT. THEY KNEW WHAT IT WAS AND FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY, BUT THEN THEY USED OTHER VENDORS SOMETIMES, AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW REMOTELY HOW TO INSTALL IT.
