The technicians came on time, were polite and courteous and did an excellent job. Michael, the boss, called me back within 5 minutes of placing the request and all went smoothly. One drawback is that he only takes cash, for those for whom that is an issue.

Useless. There wasnt any discernible difference between the before and after. Didnt even move small, lightweight pieces of furniture - just cleaned around them. Total waste of money and it wasnt even a little money.

The technician arrived within an hour or the appointed time, and called to say he would be a little late. The work was quick and efficient and effective The carpets looked very good when he was done. From start to finish working with Halo was a pleasure. Our original contact was with Michael. He was pleasant, professional and informative. We had a problem at the house the day of our appointment. Even though the problem was not Halos the worked with us making things easier. We had both area rugs and carpets. All are perfect.

Had a pipe burst, water got all over the living room and couches. We called Halo Carpet after reading a few reviews and were very happy with the fast service as well as the work that was done. The carpet and couches never looked or smelled better! I'll definitely be using Halo again.
