My old soffits were unusual in that they were not a part of an extension of the roof. The roof ended exactly at the wall of the house. The soffits were really an elaborate and quot;gutterand quot; system, about 26and quot; wide with decorative extension beams and a wooden structure holding a very wide copper gutter system. Other contractors said they could only cut the old soffits and beams holding the gutter system back to the wall of the house and install regular gutters there. This was not acceptable at all in that it would destroy the classic look of my home with the decorative overhang. However, Mr. Riehm said he could put in a new gutter system on reconstructed decorative extension beams and overhang and the soffits would look the same as before. And he did exactly that! Mr Riehm is a true artist! His work was clean and meticulous and very professional and I plan to use him again for a new skylight and to put on a new roof later on. I have recommended him to my friends. Mr Riehm is in great demand because of the quality and professionalism of his work . . . in fact one of his clients spotted him while he was working on my home and asked him to do some repair work for her when he could. He might not be able to start work on a project right away (even though he has quite an adequate and competent staff), but he is sure worth the wait if that is the case!

He wrote me an estimate for roofing that was way too high. I got another roofer for less than half of his price.

He came out twice and both the times he came when he said he would come. He did a good job.

OVERALL I WAS PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THE WORKERS ARE PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE TWO WEEKS TO COMPLETE INSTEAD IT TOOK ONE AND A HALF.
