It went very well- Francisco helped me select a paint color- he brought over several samples and sampled them for my selection. He did not pressure me into making quick decisions. They started the prep work until I selected the color and once I decided on a color choice they work deligently everyday to complete the job on schedule and took special attention to detail. He and his crew were professional and prompt. They performed a quality job and on budget. The exterior work was performed last summer and the interior work was performed over the winter into early spring 2010. Since he did such a great job and I asked him back for the interior rooms. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I was very happy with the outcome of the work and have to say that they actually did more than what we agreed to initially and he did not ask for more money. For example, in one of the rooms that were painted had wall to wall carpeting and I had it removed. Upon the removal, part of the floor required resanding and finishing (small section). He volunteered to do it and said it would not cost extra. While it was a small section it did take time to complete. Not only did this save me time from asking another individual to come out to my house to refinish a small section but he saved me money! He was also very patient as I changed my mind on one of the colors for an interior room after it was half way painted. He charged me minimal for this change. Overall, he was a true professional and very trustworthy. There were many occasions where I had to leave him there while I went to work or run arrands and I felt very comfortable in doing so. I would highly recomend him as I found his work top quality and his price very reasonable and infact low end for what I received in return.
