I called in the morning and were at my apartment in 20 minutes. on the phone they tend to be a bit short, but I suppose I wouldn't call a locksmith for a nice long talk. they were able to fix the lock without replacing it saving me a good sum of money. I would definitely recommend them. in fact I had a horrible experience just before I hired fleetwood and they were able to fix the mess the first locksmith left behind.

They were between three and four hours late. They had a poor attitude towards the work that needed to be done. While on the clock they took multiple calls on their personal cellphones while I was paying them an hourly rate. They were very unprofessional.

Company did a great job and completely rehabbed the door. This saved me about $500 from having to purchase a new door (more if I had replaced it with a similar wood door). Company was very professional, and even came back 8 months later free of charge to make a adjustment when one of the rollers got off track.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY TREATED ME PROFESSIONALLY AND WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING TO WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. THEY WERE ABLE TO ADAPT WHERE THE ALARM WAS PUT. THEY INSTALLED IT TO HOW I WANTED IT.

HAVEN'T HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH THIS COMPANY. HAD THEM ABOUT 6 MONTHS NOW. SO FAR SO GOOD. THE ALARM WENT OFF ONE DAY AND THEY CONTRACTED ME ON MY CELL PHONE. EVERYTHING WAS FINE WITH MY HOME. CUSTOMER SERVICES THERE ARE WONDERFUL.
