It went perfectly in all respects. It was an extremely tight work schedule, and they met all deadlines. Their craftsmanship is superb, as is their project management and client interface/service. They are professional, knowledgeable, and flexible. They know how to work well with co-op boards and managing agents, beautifully navigating the many challenges of the Manhattan real estate scene. I have used them on three separate occasions (three different apartments) and been thoroughly satisfied every time.
