VERY SIMPLE. I CALLED ON THE PHONE. EXPLAINED THE OCCASION. A YOUNG LADY SUGGESTED WHAT SHE THOUGHTWOULD BE GREAT FOR MY MOM... AND  FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED ON TIME, AND IN PERFECT CONDITION, AND, THEYLASTED WELL INTO THE NEXT WEEK.
