Elite Carpet Cleaning did a very thorough job. They were responsive. I needed one more thing done and the man came right back with no complaints. They were very accommodating to my schedule and I thought the price was very fair.

They came when they said they would come. They extracted the water and put on a deodorizer to make sure it does not smell. I can't even tell that it had flooded.
