ECKER WINDOW CORP

Ecker windows was scheduled to come to my home to measure glass for a broken window. The appointment was 9:00am this morning (06/23/2014). At 9:30 no one had shown up or called so I called them. Ann (the receptionist) informed me there must have been some miscommunication with their workers and no one showed. She asked if I was available later today and I told her I was available at 2pm. She said that will work. At 3:20 no one had shown up or called so I once again called them and Ann picked up once again. She told me she wasn't sure if someone was going to be able to get over here today. At 3:45 someone showed up unannounced, and measured the window. He told me he was at a job nearby and left the job to measure my window. He also told me this sort of thing happens more than it should and said it was Ann's fault for poor scheduling. I am not sure exactly who's fault it is but overall the company doesn't care enough to call and say they may miss a appointment. I would rather that then sit home waiting and waiting.
