VERY DISSATISFIED! Lee, the owner ???, may tell you how many years he's been in biz, or how many houses he has prepared for rental. STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU CAREFULLY CHECK DETAILED CLEANING BEFORE PAYING. He knew a realtor my family knew, so I used him. I now feel I made a mistake. Very stressed because I have tenants moving in this weekend & he hasn't returned my calls, nor the realtor's calls. Claimed I overwhelmed his phone by sending 6 pics (of the spider webs & dead bugs in the ceiling lamps).
