We needed a new dishwasher. Had researched online and knew the one we wanted - a Bosch. We called around to the stores in the area that carried Bosch. No one had it in the showroom so that we could see it in person before we purchased it. When I called Curto's it was the same deal, but the gentleman on the phone gave me a lot of information, a good price, and was very kind. The following week, we went into the store, and we were able to see a similar dishwasher to the one we wanted. The salesperson honored the price I was given over the phone, and was patient, kind, and informative as we made our final decision. He took the time to look into any available rebates (there was one!) to save us more money. Delivery was conveniently scheduled for the following Saturday (so happy we did not have to take a day off from work) and the delivery men were friendly and efficient. Overall very good experience. Will shop at Curto's again and recommend to friends!

Everything was perfect. They were helpful, responsible, and they phoned more than once to see if everything was alright. When there was a small problem with the refrigerator, they said it was under warranty and they set up an appointment to have it serviced. They're a very responsible firm.

Delivery was on time - after the initial delay. The installers called in advance and they arrived exactly as promised. They removed my old washer/dryer and cleaned out the dryer exhaust. Very capable and courteous.

Pricing was great. They price matched what I gave to them. Payment by CC, though they didn't like that I used AMEX since AMEX charges them more. Delivery went fine... they even dropped off my old fridge to my parents house for $30. HOWEVER, my Dishwasher's door was mis-aligned once we opened it. They wouldn't even-exchange it. Had to get a replacement through GE's warrenty program. Got it. This one is fine. So, ultimately happy. But it delayed install by weeks.

My dishwasher went out 5 days before Christmas. I called Curto's after other major stores couldn't help me. They scheduled delivery for me for the following day before I even got there to purchase the dishwasher, and the dishwasher was installed the next day. Because they were an independent store they were able to provide more responsive service. I was amazed with their customer service and I would highly recommend them.

Researched many on-line providers. Decided on Curto's given the length of time in business and rating on Angie's List. Discussed pricing with Jonathan. Traveled to their store to place the order in person although that was not necessary. They processed the order and set a delivery date. They followed up during the interim period to be sure that the site would be ready for the appliances on time. They delivered as committed. The delivery went smoothly and appliances were delivered undamaged. Everything works perfectly. Excellent service and pricing.

Although, they were slower than other companies in getting back to me, their prices were very good. I visited their showroom and found the staff (father and son) to be knowledgeable and sincere. I ended up buying all my appliances from them because they matched quotes I had received from other companies. They deliver to Manhattan.
