Absolutely awesome.  My floors are more gorgeous than I dreamt they could be.

Arrived on time for quote and job.  Nice team.  They went out of their way to help me figure out the right stain color (I had trouble with that.) with advice and extra samples.  I LOVE the final color.  

I met the team to pick colors, gave them keys, and went to my job. Came back 2 days later to wonderful floors and a clean apartment.  They did a great job.  Left everything immaculate.  My floors are gorgeous.     

Connolley was recommended to me by a handyman in my building.  When I told others who I'd hired, the reaction was, oh, good, they do good work, they've done lots of work in the building.

We bought a studio in Manhattan for my son to live in more than 3 years ago. We wanted to have the floor refinished before my son moved in. The superintendant of the building recommended this company. They were able to send 2 guys to do the job within a short notice and were very accommodating our tight schedule.
The 2 workers finished the job in 2 days. The room did not have much odor and it looked beautiful. Visitors were complimenting how nice the floor looked. The company did not have the dustless system so it did generate some sand dusts and required a thorough cleaning.

Went pretty well.  I had them in for an estimate back in January and it took me until April to getting some other things done before I could have the floors taken care of.  They estimated 2 days for the job, but it only took less than 1 day to complete.

They were accommodating when I wanted to expand the scope of work. During the initial visit, we didn't discuss the kitchen, but agreed to do the job that morning for a little more than originally estimated.

Also, I had removed some wall moulding previously.  The guys even brought me new pieces! Amazing.  I recommend.  Top rate work.

The flooring came out very nice.  Connolly Flooring service was very professional from the time of the estimate to the installation.  They were responsive and patient.  The installation took about 6 days which was what we had agreed to.  I think it was great value for what I got.  I would say when looking at flooring installation or any work for that matter, value should count more than price.  I highly recommend this company, because I had an excellent experience with them

The floors came out great. They estimated 5 days work. They finished in 6 days. We had not discussed the closets and added that to the scope of work on the first day. Also added $250 for them to paint the trim. I should have had wall paint for touching up a few marks on the walls. I can do this myself, but would rather them have done it. They should have asked this stuff at estimate time. But overall, they were professional and responsive. They showed up on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time. And most importantly, the floors came out great.

I HAD A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEIR WORK AND MATERIALS WERE OF VERY POOR QUALITY. I AM NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS NOT WORTH THE COST WE PAID.
