Got me in quickly on a Sunday--waited for 30 minutes to get to me, then took about another 30 min to repair tire. Cost was $25. Waiting room was comfortable.

I arrived to the location and I was greeted by the supervisor or manager of the shop and I expressed my assumptions of what I thought was wrong with my SUV. To make the long story short, a wheel alignment was required and they suggested that I change my back tires due to the wear and tear they have received. They explained everything to me and how much it would cost to replace the tires; the best part in a stressful situation is knowing you have options and most importantly they provided reassurance.
The whole process took about a little over one hour; they fully explained all the details of the wheel alignment and I was happy with the final product. From this day on Central Tire & Auto will be the only shop involved with my SUV.
I recommend them very highly and they take their time explaining the details of the work they do.

All repairs were done in one day. Car has not had any problems since. Was told by one of the managers that we needed a new rack and pinnion. Manager tried to work out different options for us to get priced lowered due to the rack and pinnion was purchased not too long ago and time that has elapsed should not have warranted us to get a new one. Manager also gave us an option that would work for us but have not had the time to take it back to them to fix.
