floor cleaning
+ -1 moreCiaran promptly responded to my request for an estimate by providing an on-site inspection and written estimate in terms of both time and money. He warned me that moving the grand piano would require an additional set of hands and therefore an extra charge to ensure that the newly refinished floor wasn't scratched. The work was completed within the time specified and to a high standard.
Description of Work: Ciaran refinished the oak floors of the living and dining room areas of the house; about 450 sq. ft. The rooms were cleared of all furniture and then taped off from the rest of the open floor plan of the house. The floor was sanded back to its original color. One coat of pecan stain was applied followed by three coats of water-based gloss polyurethane. The process took three days.
