At the first meeting, she asked a series of questions regarding insurance coverages I needed. She then phoned approximately 6 companies and contacted me with the best coverage and a reasonable premium. She proved to be knowledgeable, energetic and tireless on my behalf.

Carol was referred to us by our real estate agent and we couldn't have been happier. She put together several quotes for homeowners insurance policies for us and walked us through each item and got us a great policy at a great price. She also did the work of having our policy rewritten when our closing date changed, and dealt with the bank to get them the information. I also turned to her when it was time to insure our vehicles, and she actually recommended going with our current company because it would be cheaper instead of going with a policy through her. I appreciated her honesty and advice, because in doing so she lost business. She was also easy to get ahold of and flexible in meeting with us in the evening after work. I would definitely recommend Carol!
