The technician and office staff were courteous, professional and fair. They quoted me the cheapest price I received when calling around for quotes and actually took care of my problem. I'm terrified of bugs that's why I got the general contract and I'm always at ease knowing my technician is there if I need him. They came out quickly and did an amazing job.
