Estimating took about 20 minutes and included a walkthrough and a conversation about what we wanted to have done. The plants (succulents, lavender, sage, etc., all low water) were overgrown in many areas, so we decided to ask for a fairly aggressive cutback. The work was easy to schedule and was performed quickly and cleanup was thorough.
