Bright Spark's Micah was very pleasant to work with but ended up having trouble reaching the spots even with his longer ladders. He spent a lot of time on the project, over many days, and finally brought a younger assistant to help hold the ladder. He did not charge us extra but ended up breaking some of the foundation plantings when struggling with the ladders.

The work was planned out carefully to avoid unnecessary additional costs and extremely well done. Overall very happy and relieved its fixed before the winter sets in.

It was fine. They did it over a period of time because he was busy and we were not in a rush. It was over a period of 4 or 5 weeks. I paid more than the $999 big deal price because he did some extra work. He had to get some material for a frame on an outdoor door that had some wood rot. our door. We paid them like an extra $100.

We felt Micah Smith, the owner was professional, timely, neat and honest. We would recommend him without hesitation and may contract further with him in the future. He and his crew took great care with the plantings alongside the house left everything as it was--or better.

Asked him how much he could get done in 40 hours. Never really committed to anythin. Scheduling was disastrous. The guys would show up and work 3 hours each day and the set-up and tear-down was half the time. We felt like we were paying half the work. The amount painted was minimal. They didn't work full days.

Started fine. Made clear which rooms needed painting. However, none of the work was done to completion, nor was all of it done satisfactorily. All in all, from rooms being unfinished to paint splatters on area rugs, the work was unprofessional.

Mike Smith of Bright Spark Contracting kept to his promise and professionalism in starting the painting project to it's completion to our absolute satisfaction. We will use Bright Spark Contracting again in the future because of the quality anf value of their workmanship.

Bright Spark contracting was fantastic with ideas and suggestions for complete remodeling designs, while working with my own preferences and budget. From when we began the interior painting projects in October to the present, I have continued to add on projects, which were not in my original plans for getting the house ready to sell. Bright Spark Contracting has been gracious and accommodating with these changes. I would highly recommend this company for its professionalism, integrity, fabulous design sense and high quality workmanship.

Bright Spark Contracting were very professional and efficient from start to finish. The house needed a substantial amount of work with repairs especially after a few leaks. Mr. Smith's plan to work systematically by clearing one room, repairing and painting, then moving to the next allowed us to not end up with a gigantic mess everywhere. Each room was completely restored before they moved to working on the next. We were provided with a detailed quote and design ideas with the paint and color selection, all of which helped us make quick and cost efficient decisions. They stayed within budget and completed the job within the time frame estimated. We highly recommend using Bright Spark Contracting to anyone looking to have any painting and repair done. We will be contacting them again for the exterior of the house.
