DO NOT HIRE THIS BUSINESS. The Owner (Johnny Rabadi) started a bathroom remodel that was promised to be completed within 12 days. SIX WEEKS LATER, bathroom is not finished and he left all the garbage (4 feet high) in my apt. He never covered anything with plastic to contain the dust, so dust has gone throughout my apt. I had to move out of my apt all of this time because there is no working bathroom. He promised he would be done "in a few days" and every week he hardly ever showed up. Just fired him and had to hire someone else to finish the job. He is a big liar and I've never experienced someone so unprofessional. My apt is a disaster and now I will need to hire a professional cleaning service. DO NOT HIRE JOHNNY R ABADI - Blueprint contracting.

The contractor did not complete the work as per contract. He went over budget and when asked for receipts to account for every dime he couldn't provide any. He employs illegal immigrants as worker. He did the work with no permits. The work done is not per code. There is deficiencies in the work that he did do, there is plumbing and electrical issue and god knows what else. His own employees admitted he pocketed more than 14k of the 33k he received. He does not pay his workers. He walks off the job if you complain about anything. He is rude and a scumbag. I reported him to the comsumer protection bureau and he was fined. People like him should not have a license.
