Victor arrived on time. He was very polite and professional. The installation was done in about an hour. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend again.

They were okay. It was kinda tough to get the approval (from our Super) to acquire the garage door opener. But once I did, it seems to work just fine so far. Don't really have a choice to use or not use because they maintain the garage door for our whole building.

AutoMagic did a good job, installed the new automated garage door opener system in 1.5 hours, and explained the safety features to me (door opens again when finding an obstruction, door opens when someone walks through the beam).
They also explained the cost before and kept their appointment.
Will go to them again if my garage door needs servicing.

IT WAS JUST FINE. THEY DID WHAT THEY DID, AND THAT WAS THE END OF IT. I'M BASICALLY PLEASED, THE DOOR MAKES A SQUEAKING SOUND, BUT IT WON'T KILL US.
