Aurora Contracting

Have been using Ralph Burman (Aurora Contracting) now for more than a year. Has done myriad of jobs in house (painting, new kitchen sink hardware, new lighting, handrails on stairs, replacing and repairing windows, electrical repair). Always provides estimate and does not deviate when billing unless work added during job. He is friendly, professional, hardworking, efficient, Will continue to use him and have already given him additional work we wish done and awaiting estimates. He is prompt and thorough, cleans up after working, is cooperative with our household routines and needs. We trust him enough to have let him have key and to work in house while we have gone twice to Ireland. He explains what other jobs he has and why he can or cannot be available at times/days but responds promptly when called about unexpected problems/needs. He also works for neighbors/friends and they have same regard for his work and for him. He also has extensive contacts with other contractors for work needing level of expertise above his (it was from him we made initial contact with TSBC Maintenance for plumbing and with contractors for new garage roof).
