MONTHS ago, we contacted Andrew at August Group for a simple tile-laying job in our hallway. He has done nothing but disrespect us and has repeatedly lied to our faces ever since. More than eight weeks ago, Theresa and I stayed home from work so he could meet with us and measure the hall. Andrew stood us up with no explanation. He has been repeatedly apologetic, but he has PROMISED us an estimate "tomorrow" at least five times. The day before Thanksgiving he stood face-to-face with me in the hallway and said "this is my number one priority..i will do no other work until i get your proposal delivered." we, of course, are still waiting. this week, he again promised the same and once again failed to deliver. i have never been so disrespected in my life and i cannot figure this guy out. he has blithely wasted WEEKS of our time. i can't imagine how he stays in business if he treats all his customers this way. I don't know why he decided to treat us so abysmally, as we have been nothing but polite and patient with his foolishness.
Description of Work: was supposed to replace carpet with floor tile in an exterior hallway
