A PLUS AUTO SERVICE

I decided to use a neighborhood mechanic instead of taking my car to the dealer. I felt that the dealership had gotten too expensive and the work wasn't always fully completed. It seemed that the mechanics that work in the dealership seemed rushed when they are working on your car. I later found out that the majority of dealership mechanics get paid by THE CAR!! Which is scary.

I went to A Plus Auto Service and met a very friendly mechanic Hector. I told Hector that I was hearing a rattling noise and he was able to diagnose the problem and then took the time to explain to me why it was making the noise and what needed to be done to correct the problem. He highly suggested to use Toyota parts and not the aftermarket parts because it really does make a difference. I left my car and hector even offered to drive me home which was a very nice gesture. My car was ready in one day and I went to pick it up. When I got to the station I saw one of hectors employees hand washing my car. I was pleasantly surprised. I paid my bill and asked hector if he thought that I needed tires, he honestly told me not at this time but I would be needing them soon. I appreciated hectors honesty and liked the fact that he wasn't trying to sell me items that I don't need. I found a great mechanic and will be returning to A PLUS AUTO SERVICE

I trust the mechanics here because they understand cars and care about their customers. I live about 10 minutes away and they came to get my car which was so helpful. I have used them for many years because they don't quit until they can resolve the problem, and I can always get them on the phone. But they really know cars and they have a lot of pride in their work. It's a true family business and have a loyal neighborhood following. I never feel they try to talk me into something I don't need, which many mechanics tend to do. Fortunately, I don't have a lot of car problems, but I have two cars and it's nice to know I have a mechanic I can trust.

They were very co-operative. They were extremely pleasant to deal with. The mechanics were excellent. There is no problem with the air conditioner, after they fixed it.

I have used this mechanic for years. It's uncle and nephew, both excellent mechanics and very creative when necessary to fix strange things that sometimes happen. I live 10 min. away, so they come to get my car and return it. They seem to love what they do and are very responsive to customers' needs. They really did tell me twice I didn't need something which I thought I needed. You get your car returned cleaned and washed, and they remember the vehicle and what they did. I have been victimized by mechanics in the past so am happy to share this good experience. No good mechanic is cheap, but that's a given when you own a car. As long as you maintain it, and that includes periodic service, you usually come out ahead.

A Plus has very good staff and they are always extremely pleasant when I take my car to get serviced. They make sure they check everything thoroughly and the mechanics are good. I totally trust them with my car.
