Appliance Repair
THERE WAS A LACK OF RESPONSIVENESS. IT BROKE DURING THE HOLIDAYS, AND IT IS FRUSTRATING WHEN WE CAN'T COOK. WE WAITED FOR WEEKS FOR PARTS. ONCE THEY CAME IN THEY WERE FINE, BUT BEFORE I HIRE AGAIN I WOULD HAVE TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE WHATEVER PARTS I NEED FIRST.

THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY MADE US WAIT ALL DAY FOR THEM. THEY DID NOT EVEN FIX THE REFRIGERATOR PROPERLY.
