Frank Cioffi, the owner of 4-Rivers, is an outstanding general contractor. We have been working with him for over ten years on various renovations/repairs/updates on our 1926 Colonial in Scarsdale. His work is excellent and blends seamlessly with our old house. His employees are really nice guys, and his subcontractors are good as well. Highly recommended.

FRANK IS FANTASTIC. HE IS GREAT. THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK IS OUTSTANDING. HE'S A NICE GUY TO HAVE AROUND THE HOUSE. HE ALWAYS ADDS VALUE BECAUSE THE ARCHITECT MAKES A PLAN, AND FRANK WILL ALWAYS THINK ABOUT HOW TO IMPROVE THE PRODUCT.
