This job went better than expected.Having any work done to your home is anxiety enough, but from the day Arek came to my house to give me an estimate I knew I was going to use them.He was extremely professional and had tremendous patience with me changing my mind on liner choice. The day of installation went as smooth as can be. I had old steps set in serious concrete. The owner ( Jan) and 3 young men had that concrete broken up and removed so neatly! The new steps went in, then liner. When they finished I didn’t even know anyone had been here! Perfection! I recommended 100 percent!!!

First liner leaked. They replaced it but loosing thousands of gallons of water washed out steps foundation. Owner refuses to fix step foundation. The damge from first liner leaking is now our problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I was upset seeing a giant hole in my old pool liner on the first day of summer. Suffolk liner corp. was recommended by Jim from our local pool service Co. I spoke to Agnes on the phone and was told that Covid 19 was causing delays with liners....However, Agnes was very helpful and kind in arranging the date for our new liner. Maria also explained the process and helped us with our choice of a liner. On the day of installation, we had a team of good workers who arrived early and finished the 1st part promptly. The liner was perfectly on time and installed within 2 days. It looks great and we are very pleased.

I have so much to say about Suffolk Pool Liner Corp. Almost all their business comes from Word of Mouth. That's how I found them as well - and now I know why. Pros: - From the moment Erich came to my house and sat with my wife and I to give us a free estimate a long with his booklets and explanation of the company he works for, I knew we were going with them. Smart and extremely knowledgable, I was able to get all my questions and concerns answered. The amount of pride he has working for this company is unbelievable. While I was extremely happy with the work this team did installing my new pool liner, the actual pool liner selection and installation was not what most impressed with. The constant dedication to making the customer happy, answering all questions, checking in before the job is done just to see how we were doing, to being 2 months later and i still get regular check ups from him making sure we are still very happy with everything and that we are doing well and healthy. Some people would associate his role with "Sales". False. He is an honest and extremely caring relationship builder. I don't doubt that if we chose to do business with someone else, he would still check in to make sure the family is doing well. All I know is, if I had a business, he is the exact person I would need on my team. Erich is the recipe for success here and i'm so happy we went with Suffolk Pool Liners. - The job - if you see our BEFORE picture, we had a MESS to deal with. The pool was unknowingly drained because of a leak and torn to shreds after much debris fell into it ripping the old liner apart. As you can see by the AFTER picture, it was beautifully redone and renovated. Oh and leak problem? GONE! Erich and owner Jan helped reassure me that after the pressure test (which they didn't have to do but they saw how anxious i was about the leak), the new liner would fix the issue. They were correct and i finally after years now have a pool that doesn't leak!!!! Amazing! - Pricing - the pricing and the package that I was given was phenomenal. Also, the deposit they take is the lowest in the industry, which made me a happy man. Cons: - you are still reading this overly long review and haven't called to enquire at the very least for a free estimate. Ask for Erich and let him know Danny Sood sent you. PROJECT: Vinyl Liner, 8’ steps and two full skimmers ESTIMATE: Maria was great during the estimate and liner selection process. MEASURING: Eric was great during the “measurement” process, very detailed organized and communicative. INSTALLATION: Peter and his two helpers did a very nice installation job. They installed 8’ wide steps, two full skimmers and the liner in one day. Came back the following day to complete the job after water was filled. Very neat (stacked the bricks out of the way) and considerate (they asked where we would like the garbage left at the curb, etc). I gave final payment when they left that day. FOLLOW ON SERVICE: The next day I noticed a couple of minor details that were not right. I was concerned since I had paid them in full (ugh!). I sent an email (with a picture) to the company on Friday. I got an email back that same day that said, Jan (owner) would come by on Monday to address the one issue that I sent him a picture of. Jan arrived first thing that Monday and installed coping clips. Jan said that he would modify other clips so it would fit better and be back in a day or two. I pointed out the second minor problem. Jan was back the following day (Tuesday AM) and took care of both of the minor issues. OVERALL: Each time during the entire process, they called to say When they would be there…and then they were there on time! Very pleased.

This is a great family business! The company is very professional and I had no issues at all. It's amazing how they can install a liner in 90° weather in 4 hours! Highly Recommend, especially Maria! She was so kind and walked us through every step of the way. Great experience and will definitely be recommending to my friends.

The sales rep, Maria was wonderful and answered all our questions. Jan, the owner contacted us to go over what needed to be done besides the liner and explained everything in detail. Once the work began it went not only quickly, two days, but each crew was professional, knew exactly what they were doing, and cleaned up after themselves. It was a great experience and I would recommend Suffolk Liner with no reservations at all, they are great.

I was very pleased with the installation and careful attention that Suffolk Liner paid to the liner installation. We had a Merlin pool liner installed. They were very clear about how to refill the pool after installation. Because we had the liner replaced in late September, we chose not to fill the pool up to the skimmers, so will not know if there are any problems until next summer when we open and fill the pool to above the skimmers and the pool light. I am pleased with the quality of the Merlin liner, the wall foam insulation, and the liner lock around the entire pool The pool looks great.

Measurement was done quickly. Installation was sooner than expected. Installers were courteous and professional. Estimate was slightly higher than others but well worth dealing with a company that knows what they are doing. Would definitely recommend.

I went with Suffolk Liner Corp to replace an existing liner. I was given a quote and paid extra to have new pool light installed since the one we had wasn't working. The owner came on site to measure pool and the liner and installation went well. I was disappointed however when I was expected to pay in full after the first working day since the work was not completed but they agreed to come back for the balance once completed. When it came time to install the light I was told it would be an additional charge of over $200 for a new seal. Wait, what? why? I paid for a new light and installation, why isn't the seal included? After complaining the owner spoke to me and advised me that on the contract there is a list of "extra charges" and a seal is extra. I would never had the light replaced had I known I would have to pay more for a seal. Obviously I had no choice but to replace the seal and in the end the owner charged me only half of the cost. During the season we kept losing water. It took a while (2-3 months) of trying to determine why. At first we thought it was evaporation since we just installed a pool heater the year before, then we thought we had a leak in the lines. At the end of the season when we decided to let the water level go until it stopped and discussed the issue with the pool closing company. We were told that it wasn't any of those reasons since the water loss stopped just below the pool light. He also explained that when a new liner is installed they need to re-seal the back part of the light and a new seal does not help if the water behind the seal leaks. With the shifting of a new liner this should be standard procedure but most companies do not take the time to do it. I called Suffolk Liner Corp and assuming this was covered. Once again after I complained the owner picked up and said he would be happy to recommend a leak detector company and if the leak was due to installation he would pay for the fix and the bill from of the leak detector company. If not then I would have to pay for both. I asked if it has to do with not sealing the back of the light then Suffolk Liner would be responsible for the cost right? Nope! According to the owner, this is not due to the installation of the light or the installation of the seal so this is not his responsibility. The owner also had the nerve to tell me that most of the time the leaks occur at the back of the light. So knowing this why didn't he explain prior to charging me for a new light or new seal? I had no idea this is common with liner changes because I don't install liners for a living... Once again the owner reminded me that there are a list of extra charges on the contract and this is another one of those extra charges.....Had I known what a head ache this would have been I would have sealed off the light. I was told by the pool closing company he would only charge me $50 to fix, so why would a company as big as Liner Corp not fix something like this? So disgusted, I will never recommend this company to anyone. So much aggravation over this!

Maria was the first to respond to our phone call and she set up a date to come over to go over the installation process. She is really wonderful. The owner John, came over to measure the pool himself. We set up a date for the installation and they were right on time. The installation crew was great, did the work in 90 degree heat and left leaving the new liner looking beautiful. There were some minor wrinkles in the pool a few days later and my wife called the owner John and they immediately came back the next day and resolved the wrinkles and the pool is absolutely perfect. I'm a professional in the real estate business and deal with contractors all day long. This contractor is without a doubt one of the best contractors I've dealt with and they deserve to be given your business.

Overall my experience was excellent and the services provided exceeded ny expectations. The whole experience start to finish went smoothly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company for anyone in need of a new pool liner.

Liner service went as planned and expected. Pleased with the results. However, when I asked for clarification on the loop loc anchors before I paid for that service, I was berated and insulted over the phone by the owner. Happy with the work - except for a broken travertine block, but very disappointed with the customer service and unprofessional treatment by the owner.

They were great. Glad we chose them. Made all deadlines and performed a quality job. Definitely use their services.

Maria (the liner lady) called me back and worked around my schedule to come take measurements and provide me with a free estimate as well as show me the samples. It was less than 48 hours from my first inquiry to her being at my home for the estimate. 
Maria was friendly, personable, talked me through each and every step of the liner process and what it entails. The price was more than reasonable and there were no hidden costs or free. The installation took place within the time period quoted and the installation manager Lucas was really friendly and informative. Him and his installation partner did a great job and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I am currently filling the pool and look forward to using it and will update the review with how it all goes but as of now, it's been A+ service!
