The work was done in a timely manner, two days and they were done, it was a small dormer.  Owner called us after the next rain to see if the roof was still leaking.  The roof was still leaking.  It was near the holidays, we said we would contact him after the holidays to see what we would do moving forward.  The owner called back several times, rang our house phone, husbands cell, my cell trying to get in touch to get the roof fixed, even though we said we would call him.  Since the roof was still leaking Owner thought we should do the lower roof.  He originally quoted $1,800.00, upon review that quote went up to $2,000.00.  We told him that we would get back to him.  We contacted another contractor, they came out to look over the roof.  Upon their review the leak was still coming from the upper dormer that Krill had just replaced.  They also felt that the roof that Krill put on was not the correct type of roof for the pitch of the home.  We hired the second contractor to replace the upper dormer roof and the lower roof.  Upon ripping off Krills "new roof"  t he old roof was still underneath!  Also where Krill allegedly placed the new dryer vent, was a huge rotting hole!!!!!  No wonder the roof still leaked!  Perhaps Krill Home Improvement is good at other things but diagnosing and fixing roof leaks is not one of them.

Although I have used this provider before with good results, this tome the workmanship was, in my view, sub par. The planks on the deck are unevenly cut and spaces between boards too wide. Some of the wood already has stress cracks and is discolored. It was quite warm during the installation period, and I think they went too quickly to insure better workmanship

It was approximately 2 -3 weeks before job was started only due to Superstorm Sandy's arrival.  I told David I could wait for him
to start as my roof was not leaking, however I want the job done before the cold weather came.   David called and a start date was set.  He arrived on time ,was very professional and he cleaned up after each day.    There were a few days when it rained/ snowed
causing a short delay.   That being said the job was completed in a timely manner,  Very happy with the finished job.
I would not hesitate to use Krill Home Improvements in the future.

It was fantastic. He brought me some tiles to pick from. While he was there he told me my refrigerator door was on backwards. It was very difficult for me to get around the door. He put on the door the right way for me and it only took him about two minutes. I also now have a beautiful kitchen floor. He also has excellent taste. He had already picked out tile for me, and it is exactly what I would have picked out myself.

He was recommended by my sister.  I used him, I liked him and I just kept using him.  I have used him for about 2 years.  The quality of his service is excellent.  I will absolutely use him again.

Dave, arrived on the agreed time, began working immediately, took a day and a half to complete which included cleaning up the work area.

They are very good.  They are very professional and very thorough.  They have done work for me before and they were very good.  They are great.  The price was very good and competitive.

David arrived on time.  The storage closet had to be designed and built without moving the walls. David asked me what I was going to store and drew pictures of what I might like. The clothing closet was a redesign...the door had to be moved and new door placed, plus shelves and drawers added. Again he drew pictures. He brought samples of the type of floor I might want in the closet and samples of the flooring I wanted in the other rooms.  I had asked him about building a filing cabinet into the storage closet. To save me money he recommended I use a chest of drawers I was going to discard for the file cabinet and that would save me money. It was a great suggestion. After all the decisions were made he said he would return the next day to begin the work.
He arrived the next day on time with his assistant. He even bought me a cup of coffee and a danish. He did one job at a time,after they finished one section, they clean the area. When they were done for day they took all the garbage away and when they finished a job they cleaned the area.
I would hire David again and I have just hired him to do some more work for me. His price was reasonable and never cost more that the agreed upon price.

The projects went very well. Professionally done. Very pleased with work quality and timeliness. I am using them for other projects.

They are a small operation. The best thing about them is that they clean up after themselves. The price is reasonable and they give you a written estimate. In six estimates, I have had the price go down, but never go up. They really do nice work and they stand beside it. They are also licensed and insured.
