7-22-2010 work completed. Wrong colors applied to walls and floor. Told the lighter color floor would not stain and it does. The workers were very sloppy. Tracked epoxy coating on my wood foors, garage door, and basement walls. Less than 3 months later epoxy coating "bubbling" on walls/floor, and garage still leaking. Owner came over for inspection and filled gaps from the original job with silicone (very sloppy looking). Owner told me he immediately fired the contractor who did my job because he "did not know his stuff". Floor was redone; however, the matte finish was never reapplied and a white film remained along the borders of the floor. Inside of terrace walls also redone (this is ok). Outside wall where water was leaking was reinforced with epoxy. The epoxy applied to this area does NOT match the original job. 3 months later epoxy coating peeling from outside terrace walls. Called company and emailed pictures...told me to call back in the spring.
Called back several times in April. Spoke to Thea who told me when Frank is in my area she will make an appointment with me. She never called back. I called several times in May with no response. Finally on May 18th Frank came over for an inspection. He told me the epoxy was peeling off my bricks because the condition of my bricks are poor. When I asked why he did the job when he noticed this he had no answer for me. He then stated the leak in the garage is coming from my neighbor's side of the attached terrace which he is not responsible for. When I asked him why did he promise waterproofing when the wall was like this he stated he did not notice it at the time. When I asked about the white film on the floor I was told to "scrub it off". When I asked about the matte finish not being reapplied he said he would "check into it" which he never did.  When I questioned the colors not matching on the garage wall his response was, "You didn't expect me to redo the entire wall, did you?" At the end of May I noticed the floor was begining to crack again and I sent him pictures. Franks response to my pictures and complaint was him sending me pictures of my neighbor's damaged wall. When I asked what the wall had to do with the floor I did not get a response. Even though I have a one year warranty with Epoxy Tech Frank states none of this damage is covered under his warranty. I was overcharged for substandard services and I was frauded by the company.
Response from Epoxy Tech Inc.
"We had revisited the residence to review the customer's concerns. Unfortunately, the garage is part of a neighbors garage which is attached to a row house. The garage is also attached to her neighbor's garage and both are in need of structural repair. We patched all areas on the customer's side that were visible and accessible however the neighbors side is in poor condition and still leaks into her garage as well. It was recommended that she discuss this with her neighbor and ask him to repair his side as well to prevent the leaks from continuing. We can not guarantee that no further intrusion will continue without addressing the neighbors side."

MY OVERALL OPINION WAS NOT VERY GOOD. I WAS DISTURBED AT HOW THE WORKERS HAD NO CONSIDERATION IN MY YARD. HE DROVE A HUGE CEMENT TRUCK ONTO MY LAWN AND RUINED IT. THEY ALSO LEFT THEIR TOOLS AND SNACK WRAPPERS ALL OVER MY YARD.
