They're very professional. They submitted an estimate within a reasonable amount of time and they followed up. When I hired them we agreed on a date and they showed up earlier than I expected then and they were gone within two hours. They did a very good job.

They measured wrong so it isn?t floor to ceiling; it stops about eight inches before the ceiling. The Formica is chipped and I didn?t pay that much money to have something like that installed. I complained and it was never attended to. The guys that they hired to do the job were pretty good but the measurements were wrong or they were cut wrong. The guys put in a fake soffit but it still isn?t floor to ceiling. It is huge and ugly and I can?t do anything about it. The installation was great but what I got is not what I ordered.

I HAD TOO MANY CLOTHES HANGING IN MY CLOSET AND THE WEIGHT BROKE THE RODS. THEY WORKED VERY HARD AT FIXING MY CLOSET AND EVEN ADDED SUPPORT BEAMS SO THE RODS WILL BE ABLE TO WITHSTAND THE WEIGHT.
