I can’t say enough about Big Bear Electrical! I’ve had awful electricians, outrageous quotes and then I found big bear electrical. The owner Paul came the next day and gave us an honest quote and completed the job in 15 minutes! I’d recommended them to anyone seeking electrical help, without a doubt!

First he said he was ready to work on Saturday and gave the appointment for Saturday. And later, after a few days, he called and said because of family emergency he would not be able to stick to the Saturday appointment and had to reschedule and I had to take a half a day off from work to have this done.

Paul (the owner) personally supervises the work when possible. He does his own estimates (no gimmicky salesmen coming to upsell you on non-sense) and his prices are totally reasonable! Paul was timely with his responses and answers his calls promptly! I will definitely be hiring him and his team again when I need other electrical work done!

Paul and crew did the job neatly and professionally. Paul also alerted me to a potentially dangerous situation with too much voltage coming into the house. Turns out that it was a bad transformer feeding the house. I recommend Big Bear to anyone who needs electrical work.
