There is damage that he has not taken care of.  When I called the insurance company it says that it was cancelled two years ago.  The insurance papers that he provided to our board in the building department was fraudulent.  I did talk to the building department about it and they tried to reach him and he won?t answer their phone calls and somebody else in Clifton Park is having the same problem with him.  It says that nobody uses him and I hope that Angie?s List can contact him because you have some sort of intervention.  I sent him a certified letter two weeks ago and he did pick it up.  So he knows that this is the problem.  

He has not responded to my calls for over a year and I had somebody else come out to try to correct the problem then I had somebody else come out in the Spring.   

He is not honoring any warranty and the certificate of liability says that was cancelled way before he was on my property.  I also checked the insurance in town hall because he has done work at the town before and they said that he is not answering their phone calls.  

The overall experience is she did not come back.  The majority of the work he did I thought was good but I don?t know what?s underneath the roof now as I deal with this more because they don?t inspect the way they are supposed to.  The labor warranty is supposed to run for ten years.  I will give him a second chance to show up and fix the damage.
