Home Inspection
Jim was very professional and extremely knowledgable. He was dressed appropriately and was very curteous. He didn't miss a thing and was very thorough. He gave me advice based on his experience on what I could expect of certain things over the next few years and what problems I may encounter. He even brought a portable printer with him and gave me an instant print-out of my report. I would highly recommend this professional.

Home Inspection
The inspection was lengthy (3 hours) but very detailed. Jim worked on his laptop entering all information as he went through the house room by room, and the exterior side by side and top to bottom. He was very careful to answer questions and explain all areas that might be an issue. He carried his own outlet ground tester, checked all outlets and windows, and even had a light bulb to screw in where needed. The realtor had given him the heads up that the property had asbestos shingles. He took the initiative to print out useful information from the internet and bring it with him. Having brought a printer with him he was able to give us a preliminary copy of the report on the spot. By the time we got home the final was in our email.
