+ -1 moreIt cost a little more than I expected it to be, but then again with plumbing prices, I think that’s my problem. I don’t remember what the total cost was, it was either like $400 or $600, or something like that. It might have been $450 or $400 even, or something like that. He is my plumber of choice right now.
Description of Work: I think they came and replaced my toilet or replaced some of the piping. I had a leak and some copper pipes replaced with pvc for the toilet and fasten down properly. They replaced more of the pip and they did some extra things. I think they put in some shut offs too, for my washer and dryer.

+ -1 moreI actually used Angie’s List to get the guy. I think he was on Angie's List. He was here the same day the heating & air conditioning guy was here. It wasn’t him Mark in particular, I think it was his first lieutenant that came to my house. His name was John, I think. He was great, he was good. He had come out the day before to look at it and then he came back to fix it on Tuesday. I think he came Monday afternoon to look at it and see what he needed, and then he brought back the stuff. He did an extra thing for me too, he put a pipe extension in so that my washer hose was less tight. The extra work was included, at least the parts anyway. It didn’t take that much, I don’t think. This was the second time I used them.
Description of Work: I think I just had a pipe repaired.

+ -1 moreCalled him for a quote on an issue with plumbing. Unfortunately, I had already found someone by the time he returned my call (the next day/afternoon) which was fine. I'd definitely give him a call again if a situation should arise. He sounded very nice and pleasant.

Description of Work: Mark returned the call by the next day saying he was overwhelmed at the present and couldn't take our case for 2 weeks or more. He then recommended another local company to help that might be available sooner. I thanked him for the call, the recommendation, and for his honesty saying if another opportunity arose I'd try him again.

Description of Work: I had low water pressure on my well system, They help me out of a huge broken water line problem. Got me extra help I needed. gave me a temporary set up until the big job could be set up and completed. Came back to help with a reconnect and I felt like they were there for me.

+ 0 moreHe was very professional and was very kind to Mrs. Lane concerning the flooded items. He also waived the weekend/holiday emergency charge even though I said that wasn't necessary. He was respectful and very nice. A true gem.
Description of Work: An amazing plumber. On the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend we went down in our basement to find it totally covered with an inch of water. I found Mark by Googeling him. When I called and told him our sump pump had failed, he qouted me the price of a new pump and said he could be there in 1 hour. He was there within the hour. He had a new pump with him and he efficently installed it. The replacement pump is much quieter than the original. Obviously a quality product.
