Ferra's was wonderful to deal with. They let me know when something I requested did not need to be done, charged me FAR less than the dealership has in the past for the brakes, and when the check engine light turned out to be something still covered (on my 7 year old car) under a rather obscure warranty that I didn't know existed, they told me to call the dealer to schedule the warranty service there. All in all, an AWESOME experience. I'll be taking my car (and my family's cars) back here, most definitely.
