Overall, this guy is the rock. He came in, did what I needed done at a reasonable rate, in a timely fashion. He lives in the area so he is close by and he also is a wealth of information about the locale as well. Breath of fresh air professionalism.

I AM GLAD THAT I GOT SUCH A HARD WORKER, WHO NOT ONLY EARNED HIS MONEY, BUT WAS ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THE JOB. I HAVE ALSO RECOMMENDED KOESTLER TO MY NEIGHBORS.
