With the furnace they came out immediately and fixed it. When they did the cleaning earlier in the season, it was a comedy of errors where one guy came out and said you need this work done, but he don't have the parts for it, and said they will send somebody next week. The guy came the next week and said that he doesn't know what that guy was talking about, it doesn't need that. Anyway, it took about four visits before they actually got the cleaning completed, because there was an issue with some pipe that also needed to be replaced. So that was very silly. They were very good other than that issue where one guy said it needed one thing and another guy said it didn't need that. With the furnace they were in and out and it was done. There was no clean-up and it was very well done.
