He came over to provide an estimate and was very nice and cheerful. Unfortunately though he was very busy and kept telling me to wait till next month, wait till next month, wait till next month. After several months went by I found another contractor to do the work. He was nice and all, but I would have preferred he tell me he was too busy so I could get a move on with the project.

He was very neat and the job was immaculate. He was very professional.

Ian did everything he promised to do. He consulted with us and used his professional experience to plan and execute the job completely, on time (as weather permitted) and at the agreed cost. The final product was excellent.

The work started in October and was not finished until early December. The plan was to complete in three weeks but an excessively rainy fall caused many delays. He proved to be technically very competent and a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions, and met all his time commitments - except when the weather interfered, which it did a lot. He worked with us on paint and color selection and tested some surfaces when there was a question about whether the application would work. The end result was a really high quality job. We would hire Ian again and heartily recommend him to others.

They were amazing. Extremely professional and fun to be around -- incredibly important when they're in your life for several months. Trying to paint a house during this ridiculously rainy summer was impossible but Ian and Serge didn't cut corners. My neighbors can't stop complimenting the house. It cost more than expected but it was worth it because of all the prep that needed to be done.
