 + -1 moreThe job came in at three times the original estimate and we reduced scope. Also, a small section of the roof wasn't finished and is now leaking. The contractor refuses to fix it because the warranty has lapsed even though it is clearly because of poor workmanship in that area.
Description of Work: Roof replacement and porch on out building.
