He showed up by himself without his crew..then came back 2 days later also without a crew..

So Tony shows up on time on the day set for the estimate, takes a stroll through the house and gives me a quick oral estimate. It sounds like a good price to me but I've asked two other movers for estimates too, later the same week. As it turns out, Tony's got the best price by far, so I call him and leave a message telling him he's got the job and asking him to call me back to set up the details, etc. I also wanted to get something in writing confirming the price he had quoted me. I wait a few days and no call back. So I call him again, again leaving a message telling him I'd like him to do the job and please call me back. He never did call back. Go figure.

The two-man team was prompt, professional, courteous and efficient.They arrived the first day at 8:00 a.m. as they had promised. They took apart a heavy breakfront. Tony also packed the glass shelves and secured them. They moved a bed, a couch, a huge, heavy three-drawer file cabinet, and other living room and bedroom furniture. They returned at the agreed upon time a week later. They put everything back, including reassembling the breakfront, without any problems. They were careful to ensure that the refinished floor remained perfect.
