Lainie came with a crew of two others for a first-time cleaning of our 3-bedroom ranch (LR, DR, kitchen, 2 baths). We had tidied everything prior to her arrival so that there was no clutter. We showed her around the house, told her we wanted all rooms done. She commented on how nice the house looked. She talked about cleaning under the furniture; I told her there was a lot of dust. We told her no need to mop the wood floors (every room) – they just needed to be swept. Two area rugs vacuumed. We left. Here's what I came home to. Kitchen/dining combo: floors done, counters cleaned, microwave cleaned, china cab not dusted, a table with plants not cleaned, cooktop had grease smudges all around the knobs, oven and dishwasher doors not wiped down (or done so haphazardly). Living room: Vacuumed, swept, nothing cleaned under furniture (something specifically discussed), dusting on top table surfaces only (this was the case throughout the house – all 5 tables with shelves – the shelves weren’t touched nor were several items ON tables dusted), under cushions on couches not vacuumed (discussed). Bedrooms: Some things were dusted and cleaned, others weren’t. For instance, a bureau and table in one spare bedroom weren’t even touched. Under beds was not vacuumed (discussed). Baseboards – some may have been vacuumed, most were not. Bathrooms: Tile edging not wiped down, tub mat removed and put back dirty, the TOILET wasn’t even cleaned, at least the rim when you lift up the seat, tub cleaned but streaky cleanser left on surface in spots, fixtures not cleaned (shower knob, faucet). Counter cleaned. No wall pictures dusted in house. Ironically, after telling her there was no need to vacuum the porch, she did that anyhow. The job was so haphazard and incomplete, I left Lanie a message that I wanted half my money back. She charged $120 for the 6 rooms, and we left her a check. She called and my husband repeated what a terrible job it was and that we wanted half her money back. She said she was here the whole time, inspected the work, and stood by it. She said she would come back, but after hearing she inspected and stood by her work, what was the point? She said she had put in the time and wasn’t giving money back. My husband pointed out that she may have put in the time, but it wasn’t quality time. My husband said we would be writing a review on Angie’s List; she said she would be writing a response. When he shared all the things that weren’t done, and got to the stove not being cleaned, she said she had personally taken the knobs off and cleaned it. At that point, my husband lost it and said “that is bulls—t,” at which point she hung up.

Performed work, 3 people were here they were done in 1 hr, Kitchen sinks were dirty, bathroom radiator not cleaned as well as did not clean any spots on rug, The job they did wasn't worth 100 dollars, They will not be coming here again to do any cleaning

They were even less expensive than what they quoted me over the phone. They vacuumed, mopped, laundry, moved my furniture and cleaned underneath with needing to ask me, that was great. Very efficient and thorough, they also did not charge a lot of money, very reasonable. I am hiring them again for next month.
